Our starter child

After getting married, many people like to ask Chris and I when we're going to have children. The answer is, we have one already, his name is Spud.

Spud is like our starter child. I figure if we can remember to feed, bathe and walk our little guy, well, we might make it as parents. So far, so good. 

When we first got him I used to get little panic attacks such as: "Am I really going to be able to take care of a dog?" and "What if I forget to feed him?" 

A little over a year later here he is, spoiled beyond belief. I still think we'll keep him an only child, for now.
